The IT Project Manager at Sherwin-Williams oversees IT initiatives and workstreams, acting as a primary contact for project teams and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely delivery. Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Project Management, or in lieu of a degree, at least 2 years of experience in the field of project management or Information Technology.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in project management with a focus on information systems (ideally involving network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, and/or PC deployment).
• Understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Familiarity in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Solid communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• General knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
• A second European language is a nice to have.
• Travel Requirements: up to 25%.

The IT Project Manager works to support the successful delivery of IT initiatives and IT Workstreams if presents inside of Business Project Initiatives. The incumbent will act as a key point of contact for project teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication, helping to address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle and help collaborate with project stakeholders to coordinate work performed by IT.The incumbent will also support compliance efforts, as it relates to contractual commitments. The role requires foundational knowledge of IT Technology (Applications i.e. ERP, Infrastructure, Data … ) PM practices (Waterfall/Agile), and methodologies, and strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. The incumbent will be responsible for helping the team drive the success of projects and ensuring they have a positive impact on the organization
