Costa is seeking an IT Product Manager to own the Order & Offer Management System (OOMS). You will shape product requirements, set priorities, and align with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver scalable, revenue-driving capabilities across B2C and B2B channels.

Join a complex, international environment, driving end-to-end delivery, governance, and platform evolution with hands-on validation, release coordination, and vendor collaboration.

Competenze

• Solid experience (7-10 years) as IT Product Manager, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst on complex, mission-critical platforms.
• Proven ability to own product priorities, connect business impact with technology choices, and drive alignment across senior stakeholders.
• Strong technical background in application lifecycle, system integrations, functional testing, and UAT, with hands-on involvement in solution validation.

Job Description

Join us inGenoaasiIT Product Manager – Order &Offer Management Systemsand take ownership of high-impact digital solutions that power one of the most strategic platforms in our shore ecosystem.

In this role, you will shape and drive the evolution of the Order & Offer Management System (O&OMS), a mission-critical platform orchestrating the end-to-end cruise reservation process — including cabin sales, transportation, and ancillary services. Partnering with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, you will translate strategic needs into robust product capabilities that enable B2C and B2B revenue growth, scalability, and operational excellence across the sales ecosystem.

You will operate at the intersection of product strategy, business demand, and technology delivery, combining technical understanding, functional ownership, and execution rigor in a complex, international, mission-critical environment.

Product Ownership & Platform Vision

You will develop a deep understanding of the O&OMS platform, defining product requirements, shaping priorities, and ensuring coherent, scalable solutions across processes, systems, integrations, and releases.

Business Strategy to Technical Delivery

You will work with demand teams and corporate stakeholders to understand commercial and operational priorities, challenge requirements, and translate them into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications.

End-to-End Delivery Governance

You will govern initiatives across the delivery lifecycle—from discovery and requirement definition to testing, release, and adoption—coordinating internal IT teams, software factories, and external vendors to secure quality, timelines, and measurable business outcomes.

What makes you unique

• Solid experience (7-10 years) as IT Product Manager, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst on complex, mission-critical platforms.
• Proven ability to own product priorities, connect business impact with technology choices, and drive alignment across senior stakeholders.
• Strong technical background in application lifecycle, system integrations, functional testing, and UAT, with hands-on involvement in solution validation.
• Confidence leading product discussions in international, complex operational environments, with fluent English.
• Experience with cruise lines, tour operators, airline reservation systems, or O&OMS platforms is a strong plus.
• Strong influencing skills and proven experience managing external vendors and internal stakeholders.
