Job summary

Loacker is seeking an IT Operations & Support Specialist to ensure the reliability and performance of our IT services. You will deliver advanced support, contribute to operational excellence, and collaborate with colleagues, external partners, and business users to provide a seamless IT experience.

You will handle 2nd/3rd line incidents, troubleshoot across applications, networks, and operating systems, and participate in on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Technical IT qualification or equivalent
• Experience in IT Support, Help Desk or IT Operations
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, operating systems, and service management practices
• Excellent communication and service mindset
• Fluent English; German and/or Italian are an advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for IT incidents and service requests
• Troubleshoot applications, networks, and operating systems
• Perform monitoring, patching, backups, and maintenance activities
• Maintain operational documentation and knowledge base articles
• Support IT projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide onsite support and participate in on-call activities when required
• Participate in on-duty-call service
• Perform security related activities up to 20% of total time out of business hours

• Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Fluent English; German and/or Italian are an advantage

In accordance with EU Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency, the starting salary for this position is €37,000 gross per year. Depending on your qualifications, professional experience, skills, and the scope of responsibilities you bring to the role, the final compensation package may be adjusted accordingly.
