Moncler is seeking a passionate IT Logistics Intern to join our Worldwide Information Technology Team at our Global HQ in Milan. Immediate availability for a 6-month internship with full-time commitment.

You will analyze supply chain processes, learn ERP/WMS/TMS systems, and contribute to a multi-year WMS implementation across distribution centers. Collaboration across IT, logistics, 3PLs and vendors is key.

Competenze

Recent STEM graduate, Engineering preferred.
Knowledge of ERP/WMS/TMS is a plus.
Proficient with MS Office 365.
Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence).
Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
Proactive attitude and intellectual curiosity.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent command of English.

Mansioni

Analyze and understand Supply Chain processes with focus on logistics.
Learn IT systems supporting logistics, including ERP, WMS, TMS.
Contribute to digital transformation projects, especially WMS across distribution centers.
Participate in analysis workshops to gather business requirements.
Support SIT/UAT and prepare related documentation.
Organize training on new operating procedures.
Monitor and update project plans with KPIs and Gantt charts.
Prepare project documentation for Steering Committee and stakeholders.
Learn and use Jira and Confluence for project monitoring.
Collaborate with IT, Logistics, 3PL providers, vendors and consultants.
