Jobtailor is seeking an IT Ops/Support professional to manage identity providers (IdP) and mobile device management (MDM) for our growing team in Milan. You will own onboarding/offboarding processes, asset lifecycle, and vendor/budget management, with hands-on AV setup for company events.

The role requires on-site work in Milan and coordination of remote support for Barcelona, Madrid and Berlin, alongside strong Italian and English communication.

Competenze

• Experience in IT ops/IT support at a growing company with at least one setup built or structured independently.
• Comfort with MDM and an IdP (Google Workspace, Okta or similar).
• Vendor and budget management.
• Comfort with on-site work on AV and events.
• Fluent Italian and English.
