Beko Europe invites a Master’s student to join the IT Infrastructure & Operations team for a 6-month full-time internship. You will inventory End User Devices across Europe and design governance processes, with responsibility for data accuracy and reporting.

You will collaborate with the AI team to prototype data maintenance, build dashboards, and support executive updates. The role requires strong English and Excel/Power BI familiarity, and offers reimbursement and meal vouchers.

Competenze

• Pursuing a master’s degree in IT-related disciplines with an active university internship agreement.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required for daily work in a multicultural environment.
• Working knowledge of Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI) is expected.

Join the IT Infrastructure & Operations team at Beko Europe to build and structure the End User Device inventory (laptops, phones, printers, monitors) across 20+ legal entities in Europe, including leasing and mobile service contracts. You will design the governance process behind this data, create dashboards for management reporting, and help shape an AI-driven program that automates data maintenance.

Your responsibilities will include

• Conducting a full inventory of End User Devices across all European legal entities
• Mapping and consolidating device leasing contracts and mobile service contracts
• Designing the business process for ongoing device data governance
• Identifying local data owners in each country and coordinating with them to keep data accurate
• Creating process documentation and delivering training to local owners
• Coordinating the development of a data management program with the internal AI team, from design to prototyping and testing
• Building dashboards and visual reports to track device inventory and contract status
• Supporting executive presentations and status reporting on the project
• Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a IT related discipline, with an active university internship agreement
• Fluent English (written and spoken) for daily work in a multicultural, pan-European environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with reporting/data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
