EG Group is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to help maintain and enhance our global IT infrastructure. You will play a key role in ensuring reliable, secure systems and serve as a key escalation point for complex technical issues.

You’ll collaborate with the Infrastructure Manager and wider IT teams to implement solutions, improve processes, and support business continuity. A proactive, problem-solving mindset is essential.

Competenze

• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and management.
• Hands-on experience with Hyper-V or AHV virtualization.
• Strong Windows Server, Active Directory, and backup tooling knowledge.
• Solid networking basics and familiarity with Linux/Unix (optional).

Mansioni

• Collaborate with IT to plan, implement, and document changes to IT infrastructure.
• Support Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery testing and execution.
• Escalate and resolve complex infrastructure incidents promptly.
• Monitor system health and maintain service availability and performance.
• Assist IT Service Desk with infrastructure guidance and issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and systems.
