Maison Valentino seeks an IT Infrastructure Service Manager to drive continuous improvements in infrastructure operations, aiming to boost reliability, availability, security, and efficiency. You will strengthen monitoring, automation, and AI-augmented practices while partnering with internal teams and external vendors.

The role requires a strong ITIL background, 5+ years in IT infrastructure or service management, and experience coordinating vendors in international environments.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, or Service Management.
• Experience coordinating vendors and outsourced service providers.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Management best practices.
• Experience with Azure and AWS; ServiceNow; monitoring and observability tools.

Mansioni

• Define and lead continuous improvement initiatives within Infrastructure Operations.
• Analyze operational trends, recurring incidents, and systemic issues, identifying preventive actions.
• Drive improvements in the reliability and availability of IT services.
• Oversee the evolution of monitoring and observability platforms.
• Define and monitor operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams and vendors on preventive maintenance plans.
• Identify automation opportunities through traditional tools and AI solutions.
• Support the adoption of AI and Generative AI technologies.
• Coordinate Problem Management and Root Cause Analysis activities.
• Partner with the Cyber Security team to enhance infrastructure resilience.
