Job summary

H-FARM S.p.A. in Roncade near Venice invites applicants to join its College team as Teaching Assistant for Management Principles.

You will support the module leader and help first-year students connect management theories with real-world examples in a supportive learning environment. The role involves assisting lectures, seminars, group work and assessments across multiple programmes, with potential for flexible collaboration and international faculty interactions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, or related field (Ph.D. candidates are welcome to apply)
• C1 level of English (teaching language)
• Good knowledge of management theory, leadership models, organisational behaviour and HRM
• Previous experience as a teaching assistant, tutor or in student support roles is a plus
• Professional experience in management, HR or entrepreneurship is a plus
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, with a patient, student-centred and inclusive approach
• Ability to work collaboratively within a teaching team and in a multicultural environment
• Passion for supporting students as they build strong foundations for their future studies and careers

Responsibilities

• Assist the module leader in the delivery of lectures, seminars, group discussions and case study activities (36 teaching hours in presence at the H-Farm Campus)
• Support students during in-class activities, group work and case study analysis, helping them understand key concepts such as management processes, leadership, motivation, team dynamics and conflict resolution
• Assist students in developing academic skills, including research, use of literature, critical reading, academic writing and Harvard referencing, with particular attention to the literature review assessment
• Support the organisation and invigilation of the two in-class mid-term tests and assist with marking and feedback under the guidance of the module leader
• Help prepare and update teaching materials, slides, readings, case studies and content on the virtual learning environment (VLE)
