Responsibilities

• IT Service Desk Support: Assist in handling user non standard requests (incidents and service requests), including classification, prioritization, and follow-up.
• IT Service Monitoring: Support daily system checks, KPI tracking, and SLA verification.
• Technical Documentation: Support our external consultants to create internal procedures, knowledge base articles, and operational guides.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at optimizing ITSM workflows.
