Prada Group is seeking a passionate Intern to join the digital team. You will help deploy digital experiences for Prada Group Brands’ websites and email campaigns across enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities include publishing content, coordinating assets, testing quality, and supporting the CRM team with newsletters and campaign sends using marketing platforms such as Adobe Journey Optimizer.

• Academic background in communication, design or similar.

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a passionate Intern to join our digital team. This internship presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the deployment of digital experiences for Prada Group Brands’ websites and email campaigns across different enterprise platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work alongside the company tutor on our enterprise content management tools within a team in charge of publishing websites campaigns and delivering e-mail communications for all the Prada Group Brands.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners ensuring all assets are ready to be send including copy, images and videos.
• Publish contents, guaranteeing a unified message across the pages of a worldwide website working closely with copy and designers.
• Test and refine the quality of content, before and after every go live.
• Support the CRM team monitoring the newsletter calendar and managing all sending of campaign.
• Creation and shipment within email marketing platforms, Adobe Journey Optimiz

KWNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Academic background in communication, design or similar.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.

Interest in E-commerce or Digital, Fashion & Luxury environment.

Excellent team player, able to interact with flexibility and diplomacy with different stakeholders.

Excellent attention to detail, prioritization and time management.

Previous experience with enterprise CMSs or marketing communication platform is a plus.

Knowledge of design tools such as Figma or similar is a plus.

HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
