Scalo Outlet & More is seeking an IT Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in all store operations and lead the sales team to achieve commercial objectives.

You will deputise in the Store Manager's absence, oversee the floor, coach staff, and ensure a great shopping experience through strong Visual Merchandising and CSAT-focused actions. The role emphasizes product knowledge, task prioritization, and proactive people management.

• Good retail experience including in a management role, leading a team.
• Strong coaching skills and effective communication.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a store team with energy and pride.
• Experience in people processes and team development.
• Proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets.
• Proactive, well organized with strong commercial sense.
• IT proficient and familiar with Visual Merchandising.
