Satispay ищет опытного backend-инженера для работы в гибридном формате в Милане. Ваша задача — владеть критическими системами платежной платформы от дизайна до продакшна.

Responsabilidades

• Дизайн и эволюция самых чувствительных систем платежной платформы, владение ими от дизайна до продакшна.

• Руководство техническим анализом, документирование (Smart Papers) для стейкхолдеров.

Work mode: hybrid, 2 days a week in the office (Tuesday and Thursday), Milan

Задачи

• Design and evolve the most sensitive systems of the payment platform, owning them from design to production
• Contribute to services for bank integrations, risk and fraud prevention, where performance and reliability matter
• Lead technical analyses that span multiple services and produce high-quality documentation (Smart Papers) for stakeholders
• Ensure quality through solid testing strategies and safe rollouts
• Handle incidents and production issues with debugging, monitoring and clear communication
• Help junior and mid-level engineers grow, share knowledge and take part in the team's technical decisions

Требования

• Salary: €51-66.5k gross per year + stock option plan and benefits
• At least 5 years of experience as a backend engineer on production systems
• Experience designing complex systems or features as the main contributor
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and microservices
• Experience in cloud environments
• Knowledge of Java or similar languages, with a genuine willingness to master Java, the dominant language in the stack
• Ability to read and comment on Java code
• Fluent English
• In-depth experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Experience with AWS (another cloud provider is fine too)
• Experience with high volumes, performance and scalability
• Experience with metrics, logs, alerting and structured incident management
• Experience working with both junior and staff engineers
• You have already taken a complex design to production with ownership, and you can explain the trade-offs and the problems you met along the way. You enjoy helping teammates grow, you communicate constructively in decision meetings, and you take a practical approach: less endless analysis, more systems that work and keep improving.

• Employee contract, CCNL (Metalmeccanico) national collective agreement, 12 monthly payments (freelance VAT-number contracts are not available)
