Job summary

Huawei Italy is offering a 6-month internship for a Junior Network Operations & Maintenance Engineer in Rome. You will manage, maintain, and optimize B2B IP and Fixed Access networks along with industry experts, with a clear pathway to a full-time role upon completion.

We seek fresh graduates or current students in technical fields who are fluent in Italian and English, comfortable in a fast-paced international team, and authorized to work in Italy.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or current student enrolled in a technical degree.
• Knowledge of IP or FTTx networks is a strong plus.
• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) and professional English.
• Work authorization to live and work in Italy.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• O&M technical responsibility for B2B IP and Fixed Access networks.
• Troubleshooting, software PQR/rollouts, data optimization to meet SLA.
• Diagnose network issues and deliver efficient solutions.
• Provide technical support and coordinate project rollouts with customers.
