Job summary

Haier Air Conditioning & Heating - Europe is seeking a Product Support Analyst to join the IoT HVAC team in Milan. The role blends product support, operations, and analysis to translate user feedback into product improvements and backlog items.

You will engage with customers, support teams, and software teams to ensure service quality, while contributing to Agile ceremonies and future product enhancements. A clear growth path towards Product Owner is available.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Experience with IoT solutions or connected products.
1-3 years in Product Support, BA, PO, PM, or similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary coordination point for customer-reported issues and stakeholder needs.
Investigate incidents related to onboarding, accounts, remote monitoring, and platform connectivity.
Coordinate with software development teams to identify root causes and track resolution.
Monitor recurring issues and escalate trends for product improvements.
Produce reports on platform usage and customer experience trends.
Support backlog refinement and sprint planning in Agile ceremonies.
Assist in user acceptance testing and feature validation prior to release.
