We are looking for an IoT Technology Senior Manager to lead the European technology delivery of our international connected platform. This is a pivotal role within our digital leadership team — responsible for ensuring our connected ecosystem delivers secure, scalable and seamless experiences across millions of connected appliances throughout Europe. You'll combine strong technical leadership with international collaboration, ensuring our global platform is successfully delivered across European markets while championing regional business and consumer requirements. Working closely with international engineering teams, you'll help shape the evolution of the platform, ensuring new capabilities are delivered quickly, reliably and with the highest standards of quality, security and compliance. We're looking for someone technically strong, commercially aware and confident working across multiple countries and functions — a leader who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges while always keeping the consumer experience at the centre of every decision.

Employment Type: Permanent Contract; Full-Time National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL): Metalmeccanici Privati Minimum Gross Annual Salary: € 60.000 The position includes access to an individual or collective variable incentive scheme based on the achievement of predefined performance objectives (KPIs); alternatively, any additional variable compensation components or benefits will be governed by the applicable company policies.
