Marsh in Rome is seeking an Intern to join the Investments team within People & Investments. You will contribute to calculations, analyses and reporting on investment data, while supporting managers and clients.

The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days in the office each week, and offers exposure to asset allocation, manager selection and ESG integration within a global consulting leader.

Competenze

• University master’s degree in finance.
• A strong interest for financial markets asset management and consulting.
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point).
• Fluency in both Italian and English languages.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

• Execute calculation on investment data provided by our clients.

• Prepare financial reports using Mercer tools for analysis and modelling.

We are seeking an Intern to join our investments team, part of our People and investments business at Marsh. This role will be based in Rome. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

In Investments team you will be involved in all activities related to the calculation, analysis and monitoring on investments data and to the communication with investment managers and our clients, performing analysis with guidance and instruction and supporting Institutional Investors in the following activities: asset allocation, manager selection, define, develop and implement investment strategy, risk management and ESG integration.
