Marsh in Rome is seeking an Intern to join the Investments team within People & Investments. You will contribute to calculations, analyses and reporting on investment data, while supporting managers and clients.

The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days in the office each week, and offers exposure to asset allocation, manager selection and ESG integration within a global consulting leader.

Competenze

• University master’s degree in finance.
• A strong interest for financial markets asset management and consulting.
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point).
• Fluency in both Italian and English languages.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Execute calculation on investment data provided by our clients.
• Communicate with investment managers on deep dives and on specific lines of investments.
• Prepare financial reports using Mercer tools for analysis and modelling.
• Be part of team that supports client in the selection of investment managers.
• Contribute to the delivery of routine queries for clients, investment managers, third parties.
• Support to delivery of working documents (such us proposals, relations and manuals) of high quality and on time.
• Manage projects such as on-boarding of new clients, including direct contact with clients.
• Support the preparation of presentations for clients.
