Job summary

Aegis FSI, Rome-based recruitment firm, is assisting an international asset manager in finding a Client and Sales Support professional. The role focuses on servicing non-U.S.

investors, coordinating with the Sales & Service team and supporting business development while ensuring client servicing excellence. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Business/Finance, are fluent in Italian and English, and have strong knowledge of financial markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field required.
• Fluency in Italian and English required; Spanish is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of financial markets, investments and portfolio performance.

Responsibilities

• Support Non‑U.S. Sales & Relationship Management team with servicing investors and developing prospects.
• Serve as a primary contact for investors and consultants, manage requests and communications.
• Prepare materials for meetings with investors, prospects and consultants, including market research.
• Oversee onboarding of new accounts and maintain CRM records and activity tracking.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Technology and Senior Leadership to support territory priorities.
• Support client events and translations of client materials; assist with Rome office operations.
