PIRELLI is seeking a proactive analyst to join the Moto Business Unit in Milan. From day one, you will assist with production scheduling, stock control, inbound/outbound logistics, and shipment operations to help achieve short- and mid-term sales goals.

You will learn to analyze stock and transit conditions weekly, support implementing a new analytics tool, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure OEM and Racing service levels, while generating reports and KPIs for process

Competenze

• Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Passion for motorcycles is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support production scheduling plans, requirements, inbound/outbound goods, and shipments.
• Weekly stock and transit analysis and control.
• Assist in implementing a new analytics tool.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to guarantee OEM and Racing service levels.
• Develop reports and KPIs for continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

• Weekly Analysis and Control of stocks and transit situation.
• Support on the implementation of a new analytics tool.
• Collaborate with Cross Functional team to guarantee Original Equipment and Racing service level.
• Reports and new KPIs.
• Drive improvements generating process and procedure documents for new activities.
• Work closely with Production Schedulers to support on area's shared goals and troubleshooting.
• Stock allocation and transit tracking to support sales forecasts.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, in particular MS Excel.
• Passion for the two wheels will be considered a plus.
