PIRELLI in Italy offers an internship within the Supply Chain team, in the warehouse engineering & contracts logistics department, providing hands-on experience with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced global environment.

The program focuses on tender management, supplier relationships, project coordination for new services, and local logistics support, developing practical skills in a world‑class tire company.

Competenze

• Master's degree in management engineering or economics, preferably with specialization in Supply Chain Management.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Proficiency in using Office.

Mansioni

• Support in managing tenders from identification of suppliers to contract start-up.
• Support in managing supplier relationships to guarantee service levels agreed in the contract.
• Assist project management of new services by coordinating involved functions and monitoring progress.
• Support local Logistics in managing warehouse and distribution issues and monitoring supplier service levels vs targets.

Conoscenze

Fluency in English and Italian

Formazione

Master's degree in management engineering or economics (specialization in Supply Chain Management)

You will join the Supply Chain team, within the warehouse engineering & contracts logistics department, and will have the opportunity to interact with different stakeholder. This internship offers hands‑on experience, providing a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

• Support in managing the tenders process from the identification of the potential services supplier to the definition of the specifications, the contract definition, until the start‑up of the new service.
• Support in managing the relationship with the supplier in order to guarantee the service level agreed in the contract.
• Support in assuring the project management of the new services by integrating all the involved functions and monitoring the state of advancement.
• Support the local Logistics in managing the warehouse and distribution issues and in monitoring the service level of the suppliers compared to the fixed targets.
