Job summary

Worldline in Rome, Italy is seeking a driven Sales Support professional to back the Sales Managers with collateral, product docs, and timely inquiries. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate information and smooth order processing, helping the sales force build strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, is fluent in Italian with good English, and brings excellent communication, organization, and Office skills to thrive in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in Italian with good English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Enthusiastic team player with proactive attitude.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and maintenance of sales collateral and product documentation for Sales Managers.
• Support the Sales team in inquiries, product information and order processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely sales support and reporting.
• Help analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute ideas to enhance sales support processes.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of sales collateral, marketing materials, and product documentation for Sales Managers.
• Support the Sales team in managing sales team inquiries, providing product information, and facilitating order processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely support in sales & reporting
• Help analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute ideas to enhance sales support processes and customer satisfaction.
• Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned to support the Sales department's objectives.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Good knowledge of English language and fluent in Italian
