Job summary

Worldline, a leader in payments technology, seeks a proactive Sales Support professional in Rome, Italy. You will back multi-channel sales initiatives, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and help optimize client engagement in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work closely with Sales and Compliance teams to ensure smooth operations, prepare materials, and support the network of agents and partners. Fluent Italian and good English are required; proficiency in MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good knowledge of English language and fluent in Italian.

Responsibilities

• Support the company in business development and management of multi-agency agent networks.
• Ensure that network operations comply with the law and protect the company from sanctions or legal action; knowledge of the Civil Code and the AEC will be developed regarding the management of agent networks for the regulation and preparation of mandates and their work plans, ensuring ongoing synergy with Legal and Compliance.
• Proactively collaborate with various corporate groups to ensure timely support in managing and coordinating networks.
• Ongoing synergy with the Accounting Team for the management of commission rules and the regulation of pay calculations.
• Assist in the search for new agents throughout Italy.
