Pirelli is offering a rewarding internship at the Settimo Torinese Technology Hub, within the NEXT MIRS Quality Team. You will support the industrialization of new tire products, acting as the quality interface between R&D and Manufacturing during pre-production to ensure a smooth transition to production.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Management Engineering or other STEM disciplines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical mindset with a structured problem-solving approach.
• Interest in manufacturing technologies, quality, and product industrialization.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English.

NEXT MIRS is a highly automated production area dedicated to the manufacturing of Ultra High Performance tires for the world's leading premium automotive brands, including Ferrari, Lamborghini and other top OEMs.

You will support the industrialization of new products, acting as the quality interface between R&D and Manufacturing during the critical pre-production phase, ensuring a smooth transition from product development to industrial production while meeting Pirelli's highest quality standards.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

You will collaborate with your tutor in:

• Supporting the industrialization of new tire products during the pre-production phase.
• Acting as the quality interface between R&D and Production during new product introduction.
• Coordinating quality activities related to pre-production builds.
• Preparing and managing documentation to ensure all quality requirements are fulfilled before authorizing pre-production.
• Monitoring pre-production quality results and supporting the investigation of product and process deviations.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement and digitalization of quality processes within a highly automated manufacturing environment.
