DHL Express Italy is seeking a candidate for the Customer Service Management department within the Pricing, Tender & Yield Control team, based at the Innovation Campus in Peschiera Borromeo (MI). The role offers a 6-month full-time internship with a monthly allowance of €800 gross plus meal vouchers, plus a company shuttle service from Milan.

Company shuttle service from Milan (Milano Rogoredo, Lambrate, and Segrate stations).

WHAT WILL YOU BE IN CHARGE OF?

• Implementing tariff management processes in close collaboration with Regional Pricing
• Analyzing customer loyalty to align with express traffic profiles (Promotion and Shipment to profile)
• Generating reporting related to offers
• Analyzing and monitoring field-implemented offers
• Managing authorization workflows for creating customer quotes and offers

YOUR PROFILE

A candidate with a strong interest in deepening their knowledge of the Pricing world, an analytical mindset, numerical data analysis skills, and an excellent knowledge of Excel and English.

Experience And Skills

• Degree, preferably in Economics or Statistics
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Access is a plus)
• Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Key traits: Flexibility, autonomy, decision-making skills, organizational capability, and teamwork
