The Level Group is seeking a Logistics & Operations Specialist to join our Milan team, supporting the growth of our business and ensuring smooth execution of logistics and fulfillment across brands and markets. You will be the key contact between warehouses, carriers, stores, and brand partners.

You will drive cost optimization, faster delivery, and improved customer experience by coordinating 3PLs, planning shipments (domestic and international), monitoring KPI performance, and implementing

Competenze

  • 2-5 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or Order Management.
  • Experience with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), carriers, and international shipments.
  • Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and fulfillment processes.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/OMS/WMS or logistics management systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

  • Coordinate daily operations with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), ensuring the smooth execution of inbound and outbound logistics activities.
  • Manage relationships with carriers and freight forwarders, monitoring shipments, resolving delivery issues, and ensuring agreed service levels are met.
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international shipments according to business priorities and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor the end-to-end fulfillment process for both B2B and B2C orders, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Manage operational activities related to shipping, returns, customs documentation, and inbound/outbound delivery notes (DDTs).
  • Analyze logistics KPIs and operational data to monitor performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision making.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize logistics costs, improve delivery lead times, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing and enhancing logistics processes, workflows, and operating procedures.
  • Own the definition and evolution of packaging standards and operational guidelines, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment with brand requirements.
  • Partner with Customer Service, Finance, Tech, and Brand teams to deliver seamless operational execution and continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Support the implementation of new operational tools, systems, and automation initiatives to streamline logistics and fulfillment processes.
  • Act as a key point of reference for logistics operations, proactively identifying issues and coordinating effective solutions across internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for a Logistics & Operations Specialist to join our Logistics team in Milan, supporting the growth of our business.


In this role, you will ensure the smooth execution of logistics and fulfillment operations across multiple brands and markets, acting as the key point of contact between warehouses, carriers, stores, and brand partners.


Beyond managing day-to-day operations, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes, helping optimize costs, delivery lead times, operational efficiency, and the overall customer experience.


What you'll do:

What we're looking for:

  • Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), carriers, and international shipments.


  • Knowledge of logistics, transportation, customs, and fulfillment processes.


  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for operational improvement.


  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP, OMS, WMS, or logistics management systems is a plus.


  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple internal and external partners.


  • Fluency in both Italian and English.

  • Compensation package within a range of €25,000-€32,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience, skills, and alignment with the role requirements.
