The internship blends administrative tasks with recruitment activities and supports wellbeing and internal communications, with a hybrid work model and a six-month duration at Milan Malpensa Airport.

HR GENERALIST INTERN

The Opportunity

As an HR Generalist Intern, you will join the Human Resources team and support activities related to HR Administration, Talent Acquisition & Development, HR Business Partner Compensation & Benefits teams. This role offers the opportunity to gain a broad understanding of HR processes while working closely with experienced HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support employee administration activities and temporary workforce management.
• Assist with onboarding processes and new hire integration.
• Maintain HR reports, databases, and documentation.
• Provide administrative and operational support to employees, managers, and HR Business Partners.
• Participate in recruitment activities, including candidate screening and interviews.
• Support initiatives related to Compensation & Benefits, Wellbeing, and internal communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Good command of English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude, flexibility, and attention to detail.

Recruitment Process

• Suitable candidates following the initial screening will be invited to complete a digital asynchronous video interview through our recruitment platform.
• Selected candidates will then attend an in-person interview conducted by one or more members of the HR Team, who will support and guide them throughout the internship experience.
