Job summary

Adecco is seeking a talented Industrialization Intern to join a global tyre industry leader in Lombardy. You will be part of the Supply Chain team, supporting product lifecycle activities from development to industrial production in an international setting.

• Master’s degree in STEM, Economics, Business, Management Engineering, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Support industrialization activities by monitoring tooling readiness and requirements for new product projects to progress through stages.
• Contribute to strategic and operational planning of the product portfolio evolution considering assets, capabilities and constraints.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, R&D, Marketing and Manufacturing to support project execution and alignment.
• Act as Data Owner for internal product lifecycle planning systems ensuring data quality and visibility.
• Support continuous improvement of planning processes through data analysis and reporting with cross-functional teams.

Adecco is looking for a talented candidate to join a global leader company in the tyre industry as Industrialization Intern.

You will join the Supply Chain team and play an active role in the product lifecycle of Car products, from development to industrial production. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with different company functions, gaining exposure to both business and industrial processes. This internship offers hands-on experience in project coordination, product portfolio planning, and industrialization activities within a dynamic and international environment.

Main Activities

You will collaborate with your tutor in:

• Supporting industrialization activities by monitoring tooling readiness and key industrialization requirements, ensuring that all necessary elements are in place for new product projects to progress through the different industrialization stages.
• Contributing to the strategic and operational planning of the product portfolio evolution, considering technological assets, manufacturing capabilities, and business constraints.
• Coordinating and interacting with multiple stakeholders across Supply Chain, R&D, Marketing, and Manufacturing to support project execution and alignment.
• Acting as Data Owner for the company's internal product lifecycle planning and activity-mapping systems, ensuring data quality, project visibility, and process effectiveness.
• Supporting the continuous improvement of planning processes through data analysis, reporting activities, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in STEM, Economics, Business, Management Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Basic knowledge of databases and enterprise master data management systems is considered a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
