Job summary

Pirelli & C. S.p.A. in Milan is offering an internship in the Purchasing team, focusing on end-to-end digital category sourcing. You will gain hands-on experience in supplier selection, RFQs, and reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, or business; are fluent in English and Italian; and have advanced Excel and Office 365 skills. This international program supports professional development and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end purchasing process for Digital categories, from request to supplier selection.
• Manage RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and support tenders.
• Analyze and compare supplier offers to support the identification of the best solutions.
• Handling supplier documentation and interacting directly with suppliers.
• Preparing reports and supporting internal reporting of results.
• Participating in meetings with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align on purchasing activities.
