Alfasigma is seeking motivated talents for a Procurement internship in Milan. You will gain hands-on experience across sourcing activities, supplier management, and internal processes within a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.

Throughout the internship, you will build autonomy in core procurement tasks, learn tools and methodologies, and contribute to evolving the Procurement function with real business impact.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, or other technical/scientific disciplines.
• Good knowledge of IT systems and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive mindset with curiosity and willingness to learn.

Mansioni

• Map internal needs for assigned categories and support data collection.
• Assist in supplier analysis, benchmarking, and RFx processes.
• Support documentation review (POs, contracts, NDAs) and compliance.
• Help create and maintain supplier database and SRM activities.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and internal training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Mapping
  • Support the buyer in collecting data and identifying internal needs for assigned categories
• Sourcing Activities
  • Assist in supplier analysis and benchmarking
  • Support the preparation and management of RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes
  • Collect and organize supplier offers
  • Participate in negotiations and contract definition under supervision
• Documentation & Compliance
  • Support document review (POs, contracts, NDAs, technical appendices)
  • Gain exposure to compliance principles, internal policies, and regulations
  • Ensure data accuracy and maintain document repositories
• Supplier Management (SRM)
  • Support the creation and maintenance of the supplier database
  • Learn qualification processes, performance evaluation, and risk assessment
• Teamwork & Soft Skills Development
  • Build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Develop time management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and internal training sessions
