Pirelli offre uno stage nel team Data Management & Advanced BI, dove si trasformeranno dati in valore di business attraverso analytics, reporting e soluzioni digitali innovative.

Durante lo stage, lavorerai con Business Analysts e Data Specialists in un contesto internazionale, acquisendo competenze pratiche su piattaforme analitiche moderne e pratiche di governance dei dati.

Competenze

• Laurea in Ingegneria, Matematica, Informatica, Data Science o campi correlati
• Padronanza dell’italiano e dell’inglese (livelli B2/C1)
• Mentalità analitica forte e problem solving
• Buona conoscenza di SQL, database relazionali e concetti di analisi dati
• Comprensione dei fondamenti di data modeling
• Interesse per Intelligenza Artificiale e Generative AI e tecnologie digitali emergenti

Mansioni

• Collaborare con il tutor per raccogliere e analizzare requisiti di business
• Esplorare dati aziendali e comprendere i processi attraverso i dati
• Progettare e modellare set di dati per supportare reportistica e analisi
• Eseguire analisi SQL e scoprire informazioni da fonti dati diverse
• Supportare lo sviluppo di dashboard, report e soluzioni BI
• Contribuire a iniziative di Data Governance e Data Quality
• Sperimentare tecnologie innovative e soluzioni AI per migliorare i processi di business
• Collaborare con IT e stakeholder di business per identificare opportunità di miglioramento e automazione

DRIVE YOUR FUTURE

You will join the Data Management & Advanced BI team, supporting initiatives aimed at transforming data into business value through analytics, reporting and innovative digital solutions.

You will work in a team that combines Business Intelligence, Data Management and emerging Artificial Intelligence technologies, contributing to strategic initiatives across multiple business functions.

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced Business Analysts and Data Specialists, gaining exposure to modern analytics platforms, data governance practices and AI-driven solutions. The internship represents a unique opportunity to develop both your technical and analytical skills while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and international environment.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

You will collaborate with your tutor in:

• Collecting and analyzing business requirements
• Exploring enterprise data and understanding business processes through data
• Designing and modeling datasets to support reporting and analytical solutions
• Performing SQL-based analysis and discovering information across different data sources
• Supporting the development of dashboards, reports and Business Intelligence solutions
• Contributing to Data Governance and Data Quality initiatives
• Experimenting innovative technologies and AI-powered solutions to improve business processes
• Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and automation

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science or related fields
• Fluency in Italian and English (B2/C1)
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude
• Good knowledge of SQL, relational databases and data analysis concepts
• Understanding of data modeling fundamentals
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI and emerging digital technologies
