  • Work effectively across technical communities within ERM and subcontractors identified as SMEs to support project delivery and client interaction.
  • Deliver proposals, including company profile, scopes of work, scheduling and commercial terms.
  • Complete internal development tasks to improve the functionality of ERM’s infrastructure M&A service line.
Essential Qualifications

  • Early‑career (graduate or internship) technical consulting and/or engineering experience within the energy or infrastructure sectors.
  • Technical skills: ability to read and understand technical documentation, identify potential risks and opportunities, and assess asset integrity, operational performance, management systems and business plans.
  • Excellent organisational skills, self‑motivation, self‑sufficiency and the ability to work successfully in a fast‑turnaround team environment.
  • Ability to promote and execute quality work and ensure high standards by yourself and the team.
  • Strong communication skills and report‑writing proficiency.
  • Interest in the intersection between sustainability and infrastructure solutions.
  • Excellent written and spoken skills in the local language (native) and in English.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Previous experience in technical due diligence (preferred but not essential).
  • Interest in economics and finance, and/or experience with business plans.

  • Education or experience in EHS regulation or soil and groundwater risk assessment, to support the EHS Due Diligence team on an occasional basis.
  • Additional language proficiencies are desirable.
Benefits and Work Environment
  • Collaboration on challenging national and international M&A and infrastructure transactions with high strategic relevance.
  • A stimulating work environment within a dynamic and engaged team, with strong opportunities for learning and development.
  • Competitive compensation package, flexible work models (onsite, hybrid or remote) and comprehensive benefits in line with ERM’s standard.
  • Ongoing training and internal and international career‑progression opportunities.
