Pirelli & C. S.p.A. is seeking a motivated intern for the Demand Planning team in Italy.

The role offers hands-on exposure to forecasting, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration from day one. You will support monthly forecast flow, analyze deviations, and help prepare monthly management reports while learning company strategy under tutor supervision. Ideal candidates hold a degree in Marketing, Economics, or Statistics, with strong Excel skills, analytical mindset, and clear

• Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills are required.

The candidate will be joining the Demand Planning team and will have the opportunity to learn in a dynamic, stimulating and fast growing environment. Starting from day one, under the tutor supervision, the candidate will progressively get familiar with the Company strategy and management.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

During the internship, you will work alongside your tutor and the team on the following activities:

• Supporting the monthly forecast flow, both in short and medium term;
• Preparing and delivering business KPI reports;
• Reviewing deviations causes to explain variances between forecast and actual scenarios;
• Analyzing trends across emerging markets and segments throughout different countries/products;
• Collaborating with local teams to identify areas for improvement, ensuring continuous information exchange between headquarters and local teams;
• Preparing monthly reports to support management decision-making.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in Marketing / Economics / Management Engineering / Statistics;
• Knowledge of Ms Office suite (esp. Ms. Excel);
• Commercial acumen with an interest in numbers and statistics;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Detail oriented, team player with a proactive results orientation;
• Demonstrable high-end analytical and numeric skills.
