Pirelli in Milano is offering an internship with the International Key Account Team. You will be trained in managing key processes related to International Customers, gaining hands-on experience in order management, inventory coordination, shipment organization, and client interaction.

The role is ideal for a Master's degree in economics with fluent English and a passion for analytics, people development, organization design and processes.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

You will collaborate with your tutor in:

• Availability Management: overseeing the supply chain from production to replenishment, ensuring adherence to the client's requested timing and quantities.
• Order Entry: inputting sales orders into the system from individual manufacturers to the client.
• Claims Management: collecting, analyzing, and resolving claims related to sales, deliveries, and potential shortages.
