Job summary

UBS Bologna seeks a Client Advisor Assistant to support client advisors in delivering exceptional service and experience for high-net-worth clients. You will be the first contact for account queries, stock orders and payments, and assist with onboarding and due diligence while maintaining discretion.

In this role you’ll prepare documentation for meetings and investment proposals and collaborate to ensure all accounts meet legal and regulatory standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Brief financial services experience preferred.
• Unyielding attention to detail under pressure.
• Team player with calm handling of conflicting priorities.
• Discretion, tact and adaptability to changing demands.
• Native Italian speaker and fluent in English.

We’re Looking For a Client Advisor Assistant To

• support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
• be point-of-entry contact for clients with account queries or orders, stock orders, payments, etc.
• assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities
• support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals and the like
• collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements

Your team

You’ll be working in the HNW team in Bologna. As client advisor assistant you'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.
