Job summary

UBS is seeking ambitious students for its 2026 Internship Program within Asset Management marketing in Milan. You’ll join the Italy and EMEA marketing teams across Channel Marketing, Digital, Content and Product Marketing, and support the Italian marketing team as part of a global network.

This six-month program offers mentorship, exposure to campaigns, events and client communications, with a hybrid work arrangement balancing office and remote days.

Qualifications

• Pursuing final year of bachelor’s or master’s in marketing, communications, business, economics or related field.
• Fluent Italian with written English.
• Strong writing skills for client communications and social media.

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Internship Program within our Asset Management business.

Come join us for an opportunity to work alongside UBS Asset Management’s Italy and EMEA marketing team. Our team spans across Channel Marketing, Digital, Content and Product Marketing.

Your team

You will be based in Milan, Italy, and will report to the Client Marketing Manager. As part of the Asset Management marketing team, you will collaborate with colleagues in Italy and across the wider international organization, gaining exposure to campaigns, events, content and digital marketing activities.

We operate in a hybrid work environment, balancing time in our Milan office with remote working in line with local arrangements.

Your expertise

• In the final year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, business, economics or a related field, or recently graduated—no more than six months before the internship start date
• Values aligned with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• Highly organized, proactive, enthusiastic and flexible, with the initiative and commitment to deliver excellent work
• High ethical and quality standards, sound judgment and strong attention to detail
• A good working knowledge of core financial concepts and a strong interest in developing a deeper understanding of asset management
• Strong writing skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging messages for client communications and social media
• A native Italian speaker who is fluent in written and spoken English
• Motivated to learn and contribute in a demanding, deadline-driven and highly regulated environment
• A thoughtful and creative approach, strong communication skills and a passion for storytelling
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• The interpersonal skills to build trusted working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including senior colleagues
• Previous internship, university project or extracurricular experience in marketing is helpful but not essential

Your Program

This internship will last 6 months, where you’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
