Job summary

UBS Bologna seeks a Client Advisor Assistant to support client advisors in delivering exceptional service and experience for high-net-worth clients. You will be the first contact for account queries, stock orders and payments, and assist with onboarding and due diligence while maintaining discretion.

In this role you’ll prepare documentation for meetings and investment proposals and collaborate to ensure all accounts meet legal and regulatory standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Brief financial services experience preferred.

• Native Italian speaker and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience.
• Be entry point for clients with account queries, stock orders, payments, etc.
• Assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring.
• Prepare documentation for client meetings, trips and investment proposals.
• Collaborate to ensure client accounts comply with regulatory requirements.
