Job summary

Henkel invites students and graduates in Chemical Engineering to join our team in Lombardy, Casarile, embracing innovative process and automation technologies. • Applicant must be a student or graduate in Chemical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Support evaluation, testing and implementation of innovative process and automation technologies.
• Assist in process trials, data collection, and analysis to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, R&D, Maintenance, Automation, Quality and SHE to integrate new technologies into existing processes.
• Contribute to process optimization, automation, and digitalization initiatives to improve reliability, efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Support the standardization of new technologies and operating practices, including technical documentation and procedures.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement activities within the European Engineering Network.

What you´ll do

• Student/Graduate in Chemical Engineering field or similar
• Have a technical and analytical mindset, with an interest in chemical manufacturing processes, analytical instrumentation and process automation.
• Have an interest in engineering tools and CAD, and are eager to develop your skills through hands-on experience.
• Are curious, proactive and willing to contribute in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian language is necessary
