Baker Hughes is offering an Internship program in Italy for students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or recent graduates. You will gain hands‑on experience, work on projects, and present results while being mentored by a buddy and manager.

The role focuses on data analysis, dashboards, and process improvement within a global energy company. You will be part of a team using Excel, Power BI, and data tools, with exposure to HS&E standards and a diverse, inclusive culture.

Competenze

• Undergraduate or recent graduate in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.
• Good knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, MySQM or similar).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and data quality mindset.
• Motivation to learn and work with large datasets.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with different internal stakeholders.
• Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written).
• Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction

• Support the update and maintenance of the GTS Aero Qualification database.
• Contribute to the creation of standard templates and dashboards for Qualification support.
• Collaborate in the improvement of processes and data-driven tools used by the team.
• Participate in performance monitoring activities related to repair qualification programs.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following criteria:

The fixed allowance for this position will be between this range: 600 - 1000 € gross monthly. The allowance will be established in accordance with criteria related to the candidate’s academic status and their distance from the workplace.
