Baker Hughes Company invites eligible students or recent graduates to join our Internship Program in Firenze, Italy. You will gain hands-on experience, work on Power BI dashboards, and participate in focused training with mentoring to develop your learning and skills.

Competenze

  • Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, other STEM-related, Economics, Finance or business-related program.
  • Maintain GPA ≥ 3.0/4.0 (or equivalent).
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and CoPilot.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Eligible to work in the country without sponsorship.

Mansioni

  • Monitor short-term outlook (12 months) and long-term forecast (24–36+ months) to support analysis and demand accuracy.
  • Enhance S&OP reports and KPI features to improve demand-supply synchronization and data quality.
  • Stabilize the automation of Power BI dashboards for outages trend analysis and data quality.
  • Explore additional data automation opportunities through Power BI dashboards (e.g., Aero engines, personnel, workloads, materials).

Our internships will give you first‑hand insights into the processes, systems, and practices that are aligned to ensure customer needs are met through flawless execution and the application of leading‑edge technology. Partner with the best You’ll participate in focused training, and team meetings, work on projects, and present your results. During your internship, you will be supported by a buddy and your manager who will ensure you have a valuable learning experience. You can expect to receive coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillset. You will also have the opportunity to become familiar with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) and culture of Baker Hughes. as well as our strong commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

  • Work closely with Regional Sales and Commercial / Project Management Teams to monitor a short‑term outlook (12 months) and focus on a long‑term forecast (24 to 36/beyond months) of which Outages will take place in terms of data visibility to support analysis/market knowledge and to improve Demand accuracy
  • Enhance S&OP Report and KPIs features/capabilities (content/data quality/frequency of refresh) with the goal of maximize syncro among Demand and Supply to improve Outage data quality and to facilitate inventory decrease
  • Stabilize the automation of Power BI Dashboards to facilitate Outages trend analysis and myOutage data quality
  • Scout additional opportunities of data automation through Power BI Dashboards (New Aero engines, Personnel, Repairs workload, Materials needs, etc)

  • Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, other STEM-related, Economics, Finance or business-related program.
  • Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country
  • Be fluent in English and Italian
  • Knowledge of Power BI, CoPilot
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Strong communication skills within a cross‑functional environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects or deep project management skills.
  • Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction

The fixed allowance for this position will be between this range: 600 - 1000 € gross monthly.

The allowance will be established in accordance with criteria related to the candidate’s academic status and their distance from the workplace.
