Baker Hughes in Florence offers an internship program designed for students pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, STEM, Economics, Finance or business. Interns gain hands-on experience, learn processes, systems and HS&E culture, and receive mentorship and project work to develop skills for a future career in energy technology.

During the internship, you will support sales and operations planning, forecast models, and internal projects, with opportunities

Competenze

• Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors' or Masters' level degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, other STEM-related, Economics, Finance or business-related program.
• Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country.
• Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills.
• Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction.

Partner with the best

You'll participate in focused training, and team meetings, work on projects, and present your results. During your internship, you will be supported by a buddy and your manager who will ensure you have a valuable learning experience. You can expect to receive coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillset.

As an Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting sales and operations planning for materials and business segments.

Candidate Attributes:

• Knowledge/Experience of sales and operations planning, particularly in materials and business segments connected to parts
• Ability to drive quarterly cycles in collaboration with sales force and commercial teams
• Knowledge/Experience of inventory management, including risk reduction and improving convertibility targets
• Skills in process automation and simplification, leveraging Data Science and Digital tools
• Capacity to contribute across tasks and support cross-functional initiatives
• Collaborative mindset, thriving in a dynamic and talented team environment
• English is mandatory

The fixed allowance for this position will be between this range: 600 - 1000 € gross monthly.

The allowance will be established in accordance with criteria related to the candidate's academic status and their distance from the workplace.
