Allianz Technology in Italy offers an internship in the Office of an Executive Management Team member (Applications 2). You will support strategic topics, build AI workflows with Power Automate, and enhance reporting and dashboards across regions.

The role requires a Master student in business-related fields, strong English, and a proactive, autonomous work style. This internship is 4–6 months, full-time (38h/week) with flexible study-friendly hours.

Competenze

Master student in Business, Management, Business IT or comparable field.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal in English (German helpful).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Hands-on experience or strong interest in building process automations (e.g., Power Automate).
Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) in professional or academic settings.

Mansioni

Support the Head of Office and Executive Assistant on strategic APP2 topics such as cost reporting, SWP and senior management interactions.
Build and maintain Power Automate workflows and Claude skills, applying AI tools to improve office efficiency.
Own NPS reporting as the function reviewer across Operating Entities and coordinate requests with stakeholders.
Maintain the function’s roadmap dashboard, leadership backlog, and internal KPIs for visibility.
Coordinate global townhalls across regions and time zones with senior stakeholders.
Serve as the point of contact for ad hoc requests for the APP2 Office.
