Kelvion is seeking a seasoned sales/technical professional in Parma to drive growth in the FOOD market. You will liaise with customers, conduct technical and commercial negotiations, and prepare calculations and quotes for new equipment and services.

Requires a Mechanical Engineering degree and 5 years’ experience in the FOOD sector, with strong knowledge of heat exchangers and thermodynamics. English and Italian fluency, CRM experience, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of heat exchangers, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
• Technical support for commercial outside.
• Commercial skills to develop meetings with food customers (6-7 visits per month).
• Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
• Good communication, tenacious and team-working abilities.

Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop connections within already identified relevant accounts with FOOD Market
• Technical and commercial negotiations
• Preparation of calculations and quotes including follow-up and contract closures mainly for new equipment but also service
• If necessary cooperation with Service team for sales of maintenance or revamping
• Account management for assigned Customers.

Your Profile:

• 5 years of experience in FOOD market
• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent qualification,
• Strong knowledge of heat exchangers, thermodynamics, thermal and fluid mechanics
• Technical Support for Commercial outside
• Commercial skills to develop meeting with Food Customer (6-7 visit request per month)
• Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM systems
• Good communication, tenacious and team working as skills

Compensation & Working Conditions:

• Gross annual salary: €41,000 - €50,000
• Annual bonus: 10% - 15% of gross annual salary
• Applicable Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): Terziario
• Salary payments: 14 monthly salaries per year

Working hours: 08:30 - 12:30 and 13:30 - 17:30
