Saipem is seeking a Legal Advisor to join the General Counsel and Company Affairs function. The role supports infrastructure projects in Mantova and Verona, coordinating specialist legal assistance and advising on public procurement and corporate matters.

The candidate should hold a Master’s degree in Law, have relevant experience in legal support to infrastructure projects, and admission to the Italian Bar is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage and coordinate specialist legal assistance in project-related matters, focusing on procurement and corporate law.
• Provide legal assistance and advice, including handling litigations, in coordination with external counsels and Contract Management.
• Support corporate governance requirements and manage consortium affairs, including Board and Shareholders’ Meetings.
• Assist Contract Management on CCT-related matters and oversee Protocollo di Legalità implementation.
