Aretè & Cocchi Technology is seeking a Domestic Legal Intern to join their Corporate Business Line. In this role, you will assist the Domestic Legal Affairs Department with both contentious and non-contentious legal matters. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Law and native proficiency in Italian, along with strong communication skills and a proactive learning spirit.

This position offers a gross monthly allowance of €900, corporate benefits including a gym and canteen, and a hybrid working model for better work-life balance.

Competenze

• 0-2 years of experience in a legal environment.

Purpose of the position

As Domestic Legal Intern you will be part of the Corporate Business Line, you will join our Department Domestic Legal Affairs, in the Organizational Context General Counsel, Company Affairs, contributing to day by day activities, in both contentious and non contentious issues.

How can you support us?

• Communicate with and understand the legal requirements of Company functions, Business Lines and Operating Companies.
• Manage any legal aspects of civil and administrative law (both substantial law and litigation) connected with the business of the Company and assistance of any function of the Company involved in such matters;
• Knowledge of civil law and litigation, including arbitration and mediation, ability to draft relevant legal documents, contracts and opinions to support the legal activities;
• Perform in/depth research on laws and regulations, investigate facts, case law and prepare documents to support the legal activities.
• Manage, under the supervision of senior resources, legal, regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
• Manage and coordinate, in compliance with Saipem criteria, the external legal firms.

What are we looking for?

Education: MasterDegree in Law (minimum grade 100/110)

Background: years of experience 0-2

Languages

• Italian: native or at least C1 proficiency
• English: at least B2 level (written and spoken).

Technical/IT Knowledge: Nice to have previous experience preferably in administrative law

What else should you know?
