Gruppo Lottomatica cerca un IT Specialist per gestire l’infrastruttura IT della controllata a Roma. Il ruolo richiede supporto agli utenti, gestione di reti, PC, server e servizi di posta, con attenzione ad Exchange, DNS, PEC e firma digitale.
La posizione prevede ora part‑time 30h settimanali, lavoro in presenza e da remoto dove necessario, con attenzione a conformità e sicurezza. Diploma come requisito minimo, con competenze su Active Directory, reti e strumenti di produzione.

We are looking for a resource for a company in the Lottomatica Group to be included as a IT Specialist (protected category) at one of the gaming halls in Rome owned by the Lottomatica Group, who will take care of the main tasks concerning the management of the gaming hall. Main activities: Installation and configuration of common devices (PCs, TVs, Wi‑FI) and software (for example, Microsoft Office suite) and periodic verification of backups and local systems Support in managing the company's IT infrastructure Management of user accounts on corporate domains (Active Directory) and daily support for users, both on-site and remotely Management and maintenance of corporate Wi‑Fi networks distributed across multiple locations, including the installation and configuration of access points, and troubleshooting coverage issues Support in managing corporate fixed and mobile telephony, with configuration of iOS and Android devices Management of IT inventory (hardware, accounts, licenses) Verification and support for the functionality of surveillance systems Collaboration with external suppliers for technical interventions. Communication of requests, anomalies and problems to the supervisor concerning customers.
