ABB E-mobility in Italy seeks a seasoned Industrialization and Value Engineering leader to drive end-to-end programs that transform electromechanical products into scalable, manufacturing-ready solutions. You will connect Product Development, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to optimize cost, CAPEX and lead times.

You will influence architectures, embed manufacturability, and lead diverse teams to realize tangible business value in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics engineering.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs in Product Engineering and Operations.
• Strong knowledge of electromechanical products and industrialization.
• Experience with DFM/DFA/DFT and cost engineering.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end industrialization and value engineering programs.
• Challenge architectures for simplification, standardization, cost optimization.
• Embed manufacturability, testability, serviceability in decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Quantify engineering options and translate to cost and capacity impacts.
• Identify value creation across specs, materials, processes, supplier strategies.
• Simplify architectures to reduce variants and inefficiencies.
• Communicate complex technical challenges clearly for leadership decisions.
