EssilorLuxottica in Agordo (BL) is seeking an Industrialization Engineer to lead a complex Manufacturing Department, ensuring high quality and smooth introduction of new products. You will analyze processes, verify BOM, and collaborate with technical offices, quality and shop floor teams to drive improvements.

The ideal candidate holds an Engineering degree with at least 2 years in a fast-paced environment, strong MS Office skills and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.

Mansioni

• Drive alignment of New Product Introduction strategy with internal stakeholders.
• Verify BOM accuracy and work cycles.
