Deutsche Post DHL Group is seeking a Senior Industrial Projects Logistics Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of complex multimodal projects, from tender to close-out. You will steer planning, risk mitigation, and compliance while mentoring field teams and aligning with global HSSE standards.

The role demands deep expertise in heavy-lift operations, chartering, and commercial management, with strong client engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

In this role you will lead end-to-end delivery of industrial project logistics, from tender to close-out, steering planning, risk mitigation, and compliance. You will drive commercial management, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time, on-budget project outcomes. You’ll oversee vendor relations, governance, and safety standards while developing and mentoring field teams. This is a pivotal position for shaping large-scale multimodal logistics and high-risk cargo movements within a global framework.

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of industrial project logistics from tender to project close-out
• Lead project planning, route studies, feasibility assessments, transport engineering, and risk mitigation
• Approve method statements, lifting plans, and HSSE documentation; ensure compliance with technical, safety, and contractual requirements
• Lead budgeting, cost control, financial forecasting, and major procurement decisions; support tender preparation and client presentations
• Serve as senior point of contact for clients, EPCs, OEMs, and partners; conduct reviews, escalations, and SLA/KPI adherence
• Oversee relationships with heavy-lift carriers, vessel owners, and subcontractors; evaluate performance and approve major subcontracting and terms
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, HSSE standards; lead risk assessments and mitigation for high-risk cargo moves
• Supervise and mentor Industrial Projects Specialists and field teams; promote safety and continuous improvement
• Deep expertise in multimodal project logistics, heavy-lift operations, and chartering
• Strong commercial acumen with project P&L experience
• Advanced knowledge of Incoterms, HSSE frameworks, and transport engineering principles
• Proficiency with logistics ERP systems (SAP, CargoWise, or similar)
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
