Albelissa Engineering, IT & Digital Solutions in Italy is seeking an Industrial Projects Engineer to manage industrial initiatives from concept through execution. The role is full-time and on-site in Pinerolo (TO).

You will plan, coordinate engineering activities, and ensure deliverables meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. You will work with electrical, mechanical, and procurement teams, prepare technical documentation, monitor progress and costs, and report risks.

Competenze

• Experience in industrial environments with project engineering
• Strong project management and planning skills covering scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
• Excellent communication to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and clients
• Relevant technical degree (Electrical/Industrial/Mechanical) or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in industrial projects, plant engineering, or manufacturing processes is advantageous
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, standards, and specifications and prepare clear project documentation
• Strong problem-solving, organizational skills, and ability to work independently and in teams
• Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office; CAD or engineering software knowledge is a plus

Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring project progress, preparing technical documentation, supporting electrical and mechanical design reviews, and coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders. The role also requires regular reporting on timelines, costs, and risks, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and project methodologies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills, with experience in industrial environments.
• Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Project Planning skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and clients.
• Relevant technical degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in industrial projects, plant engineering, or manufacturing processes is highly beneficial.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, standards, and specifications, and to prepare clear project documentation.
